A more relaxed Intermediate class, concentrating the classical Pilates technique.

Pilates Beginners Class

Beginner class with a slower pace so you can concentrate on the technique and get a foundation in Pilates.

Yoga Class – Go with the Flow

Gentle Vinyasa class, with some Hatha/Lyengar influence. Focusing on alignment and using the breath to guide your movement.
