Georgie Kennington

The hugely talented Georgie has been working with us at mountain rehab since 2011. She teaches the Classical Pilates Method which is the perfect balance of being dynamic and flowing, yet safe for all levels.  Georgie is a full time Pilates teacher and takes mat classes and 1:1 sessions both in the studio or at your accommodation.

Sarah Stephen

Sarah’s passion as a Physiotherapist is in helping her clients to learn to move in a better way, helping them to become stronger, prevent injury and improve sports performance.  She believes in using exercise and movement to restore and maintain a healthy body.
